- Quy định mới nhất năm 2025-2026 về điều kiện mua nhà ở xã hội (NOXH) theo Luật Nhà ở 2023 tập trung vào 3 yếu tố chính: đối tượng ưu tiên, điều kiện nhà ở và thu nhập. Người mua phải thuộc 12 nhóm đối tượng (công nhân, người thu nhập thấp, người có công…), chưa sở hữu nhà ở tại tỉnh/TP có dự án hoặc nhà có diện tích bình quân<15m2is less than 15 m squared

/người, và thu nhập thực nhận không quá 20 triệu/tháng (độc thân) hoặc 40 triệu/tháng (vợ chồng). Điểm mới là đã bãi bỏ quy định về cư trú (hộ khẩu/tạm trú).
